About AID Consultants LLC
AID Consultants LLC, was founded in 2017 after realizing there was a need in the residential market to assist homeowners on their renovation project concepts. Owners often knew something needed to change, but didn't know where to begin. That is where AID Consultants LLC comes to the AID!
We specialize in creating a Schematic Design Concept for the Owner.
Owners may opt to handle the work on their own, hire their own subs, or even take the Concept to a Prime Contractor who can then produce a bid for construction.
Owner, Registered Architect, and Interior Designer, Melissa Busch, has over 20 years of experience in all phases of a project (design and construction) in the Residential, Light Commercial, Industrial, and Government markets.
Whether we provide a simple consultation to discuss a project, or provide a Schematic Design Concept, we are ready to share our experience. We work together to provide Owners with tailored solutions that meets their unique design needs so that the Owners can then move forward with the project in confidence.

Services
"Where do I begin?"
We exist to help clients get over the initial "where do I begin?" question when considering a renovation project. Clients will benefit from on-site consultations, design concepts, and 3D visualizations of their project to help them move forward with confidence and success.
1- Verbal Consultation
$125
Receive a 1-hour in-person verbal consultation at your project's site to discuss your project and answer your questions pertaining to: scope, size, desires, requirements, potential options, finishes, cost considerations, schedule, products, management options, etc.
*trip charges may apply
2- Schematic Design 3D Images
$500
Receive five (5) 3D images of new design w/ furniture and finishes:
1-AID Consultants spends up to 4 hours with client at project location as we build the 3D computer model together. Client will have a Schematic Design and receive the Draft Version (5 .JPG images) by the end of the visit.
2- AID Consultants sends Final Version of higher-image renderings (5 .JPG images) to the client.
*Additional Images $20/ea
*Revisions to 3D Model at $150 per revision (includes original 5 images with updates)
2a- Schematic Design 3D Images (VIRTUAL)
$500
Receive five (5) 3D .JPG images of new design w/ furniture and finishes:
1- Client provides project info: photos, room dimensions, function requirements, furniture, décor/finish preferences
2- AID Consultants sends Draft Version of 3D graphics.
3- Client provides feedback on Draft Version.
4- AID Consultants sends Final Version.
*Additional Images $20/ea
*Revisions to 3D Model at $150 per revision (includes original 5 images with updates)
3- Design Concept PDF
$500
Receive a PDF file of your project's Design Concept.
As an add-on service to Package 2, this Package provides a PDF file including a floor plan with dimensions and notations as well as the original 3D images.
