AID Consultants is led by Melissa Busch, a highly experienced professional who is both a Registered Architect (AR93497) and an Interior Designer (ID5155). With over 20 years of experience across the entire project lifecycle (design and construction), Mrs. Busch brings deep expertise from the Residential, Light Commercial, Industrial, and Government sectors directly to your project.

Your renovation starts here. We deliver the essential design foundation—from consultation to 3D visualization—ensuring you move forward with confidence, whether you're building it yourself or hiring a contractor.

Receive a 1-hour in-person (or virtual) verbal consultation at your project's site to discuss your project and answer your questions pertaining to: scope, size, desires, requirements, potential options, finishes, cost considerations, schedule, products, management options, etc.

*20% deposit at reservation, balance due at consultation.

Receive up to ten (10) 3D images of new design w/ furniture and finishes:
1-Client requests Consultation (10% due).
2-AID Consultants spends up to 4 hours with client at project location as we build the 3D computer model together. Client will have a Schematic Design and receive the Draft Version (.JPG images) by the end of the visit. (70% due)
3- AID Consultants sends Final Version of higher-image renderings (.JPG images) to the client. (Balance Due)

Receive up to ten (10) 3D .JPG images of new design w/ furniture and finishes:
1- Client provides project info: photos, room dimensions, function requirements, furniture, décor/finish preferences. (20% deposit)
2- AID Consultants sends Draft Version of 3D graphics to Client. (20% due)
3- Client provides feedback on Draft Version.
4- AID Consultants sends Final Version. (Balance due)

*Revisions to 3D Model at $100 per revision (includes original images with updates)

Receive a PDF file of your project's Design Concept.
As an add-on service to Package 2, this Package provides floor plan(s) with dimensions and notations as well as the original 3D images.













Course format: This is a remote course where the Student watches video lecture lessons via a YouTube link emailed to the Parent. Parent administers the Lesson(s) (video link) to the Student to watch. Review Questions, Essay topics, and a suggested Activity are provided with each lesson. All items are Parent administered/graded and no further support (email or other) is provided by the Tutor (except technical issues with access to videos). Nothing is submitted to the Tutor for review.
Course length: The complete Introduction to Architecture Course is comprised of 17 Lessons (course lecture videos less than an hour each). This A-la-carte offering allows any quantity of Lessons to be taken in any order desired.
Lessons are numbered 1-17 but there is no requirement to complete all 17 and there is no requirement to take them in sequential order (although helpful). The A-la-carte offering allows Students to pick-and-choose Lessons.
This course is completed in an at-your-own-pace format and is fully customizable.

Registration: Lessons may be taken at any time during the calendar year. This is an A-la-Carte offering (one-Lesson-at-a-time).

Payment: Full payment for each Lesson is due at time of registration for the Lesson. Refunds are not provided.
Payment via Zelle is preferred. Venmo and PayPal incur a 4% fee.
*NOTE: Not a Step Up provider. Receipts are not provided.*

Lesson Content: Lessons include technical lecture (video), Review Questions, Essay, and a suggested Activity.
Grading Suggestion: Lesson Review Questions, Essays, and Activities all provide opportunities for evaluation and documentation of the course. Utilizing all three as grading opportunities, the Parent can determine the final grade using any adjustment or metrics they determine appropriate for their child.
